1.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 222ber platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user;
• Are not employed by 222ber or any affiliate, partner, or subsidiary company;
• Are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the 222ber platform.

222ber reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify that they are aged 21 or above, the account will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

1.2 Account Registration

To access the full range of 222ber services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Keep your password and account credentials strictly confidential;

Only one account per individual is permitted. 222ber may use technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited without prior notice.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

222ber operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its commitment to security and responsible gaming. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle:

2.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your 222ber account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 222ber is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own network or processing infrastructure.

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Verified accounts in good standing can typically expect withdrawals to be completed within one hour of request submission. 222ber reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits, or to a verified bank account in your own name;

3.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all 222ber bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in full before any winnings generated from bonus play can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance;
• The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is stated in the specific promotion;

The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. 222ber reserves the right to withdraw or modify the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any related winnings voided. 222ber's determination on matters of bonus abuse is final.

4.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 222ber are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 222ber's interpretation of the relevant rules shall be final. Key conditions include:

• Bets are not accepted from players who have knowledge of a fixed or irregular event;
• 222ber reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or typographical mistake;
• In-play bets are accepted at 222ber's discretion. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined — even if the platform has not yet updated — will be voided;
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

4.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games available on 222ber utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game provider. The results of all RNG games are determined entirely by the game software and cannot be influenced by 222ber or the player. 4.3 Disconnection and Technical Faults

6.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

222ber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at 222ber staff or other players;
• Detection of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts used without authorisation.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 222ber's discretion.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 222ber customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligations the player owes to 222ber.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222ber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. In all cases, 222ber's aggregate liability to a player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the 222ber platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the property of 222ber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from 222ber.

7.3 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 222ber is governed by the 222ber Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7.4 Amendments to These Terms

222ber may modify these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on the 222ber website. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

7.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 222ber with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
